Important spacing rules
Enzymes: keep 4+ hours away from medicinal mushrooms or yeast β-glucan supplements
Binders: keep 2+ hours away from food, medications, and supplements
Antifungal medication: take with food when using itraconazole
Hydration: keep this steady all day
Weekly cycling
Weeks 1–4: full protocol
Week 5: rest week off laminarin and enzymes
Week 6 onward: resume or adjust based on practitioner guidance
Why the schedule matters
The protocol is designed to preserve sequence.
It aims to:
calm and prepare
weaken
